The show is about the everlasting conflict between religion and atheism. The plot will reveal how two atheist creatures on a different planet try to bring up children and develop their self-determining attitude, how they come across a group of highly religious people who desperately want the children to oppose their atheistic point of view and how the creatures help thew children to struggle against them.
The plot centers around Mother and Father, trying to raise two children on a different planet, Kepler 22b. The children are brought up by adapting an atheistic point of view, whereas a group of surviving humans is highly devoted, and that is why they want them to change their point of view about religion. The storyline is constituted of the contradiction in the point of view of the people belonging to two different groups.
Created by Aaron Guzikowski, the show stars Travis Fimmel, Amanda Collin, Abubakar Salim, and others. The filming of this film has taken place in different parts of South Africa and Cape Town. The show presents an accurate portrayal of a time when there is no person left on earth and life starts to prosper there under such an adverse situation.
