Plot- Chance Charleswood (Winny Clarke) operates “By Chance Gifts,” a struggling gift boutique. As the holiday shopping season approaches, William Richards (Jacob Blair), a wealthy and well-known entrepreneur, hires Chance to assist him in planning the perfect proposal for his girlfriend Leyla Brooks (Celeste Desjardins).
When Chance needs to get to know Leyla better in order to figure out what she enjoys, they hatch a plan for her to attend their Christmas party as an old family friend. Chance and William continue to spend more time together in the hopes of planning the perfect proposal, but Leyla does not appear to be ready for marriage, and each plan falls apart.
As Chance and William come to know one another better, they begin to bring out the best in one another and, in the process, discover their actual selves.
