The corporation is calling the new plans “Happy New Prices,” and they will take effect on December 14, 2021.

Currently, Netflix has four options available in India. This includes the Netflix Mobile plan, which costs Rs 149 per month and includes 480p streaming for one mobile/tablet device. Remember that the mobile plan only allows you to use the service on your phone or tablet; you cannot use it on your computer or television.

The Netflix Basic plan, which costs Rs 199 per month and allows for 480p viewing on a single screen (any device), is also available. A Netflix Standard package costs Rs 499 per month and allows two devices to stream in 1080p. Finally, a Netflix Premium package costs Rs 649 per month and includes up to four devices with 4K HDR viewing.

The Netflix free trial, which allowed potential members to try out the service before committing to a subscription, has now been discontinued in India. Users can simply sign up for the base plan, which starts at Rs 199, and then cancel it online at any time without paying any cancellation costs if they don’t like it.
