    Where Was Ghostbusters: Afterlife Filmed?

The fourth film in the Ghostbusters franchise, Ghostbusters: Afterlife is a supernatural comedy, starring Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace, and Paul Rudd, along with Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, Sigourney Weaver, and Annie Potts – characters from the original movies.

This film is the direct sequel to Ghostbusters (1984) and Ghostbusters II (1989) and is set thirty years after where the second movie left off. The film follows the story of a single mother and her two children who move to a small town in Oklahoma. Here they uncover their links with the original Ghostbusters and the secret legacy their grandfather left them.

After being delayed four times since the July, 2020 date due to the COVI_-19 pandemic, Ghostbusters: Afterlife was screened unannounced on 23rd August, 2021 at the CinemaCon event in Los Angeles. It is scheduled to be released in the US on 19th November, 2021.
