Gordon travels the untamed Jurassic Coast of England and unearths hidden culinary gems in his own backyard. He dives off cliffs in search of seaweed, milks a water buffalo to create mozzarella, and paddles a kayak through turbulent seas to scoop up enormous crustaceans. In order to keep the student from becoming the master, Gordon will have to put in a lot of effort in the final cook with Paul Ainsworth, his former protege, acting as both mentor and rival.
From the highlands of Snowdonia to the storm-damaged cliffs of the west coast, Gordon visits the untamed, breathtaking nation of Wales. In the course of this epic journey, Gordon flies through the countryside while hanging from a helicopter, fishes from a teacup-sized boat, finds local cheese that has been aged in a mine, and gathers seaweed directly from the ocean before competing in a competitive cook-off with former employee Matt Waldron.
In order to discover the mysteries of Costa Rican food, Gordon Ramsay sends his daughter Tilly and three of her friends on a journey. The adventurous teenagers venture into dangerous waters in search of fresh seafood, encounter snakes and bullet ants while foraging in the bush, and learn the secrets of sacred chocolate from the local BriBri people.
