Zack Snyder never did get an opportunity to create a sequel to his re-creation of George Romero’s Dawn of the Dead. But he’s come back to zombie creation with the new Netflix film Army of the Dead is going to give him the chance to generate a complete franchise for the coursing service. An animated prelude series and a live-action prequel movie are previously in the works.
