Mobster Families Face Off… In The Middle Of A Zombie Apocalypse! Witness Infection Arriving Soon On Digital Platforms

Zombie films of the horror genre are mostly a thing of the past now. After reaching peak with films such as Night of the Living Dead and more recently those like Resident Evil, filmmakers have now started to use comedy in zombie movies, and it seems to be working for the better. Horror comedy films such as Zombieland and Shawn of the Dead have done exceptionally well at the box office, and now it is time for yet another one titled Witness Infection. Directed by Andy Palmer, this film will be releasing on satellite, cable, and Digital HD on the 30th of March this year.

    About the film and makers

Witness Infection follows two families from mobster backgrounds that come face to face right in the middle of a zombie apocalypse as they accidentally get released into the same city from a Witness Protection Agency. The film is written and produced by Carlos Alazraqui and Jill-Michele Meleán. Director Palmer has expressed that he is more than thrilled to have worked with Alazraqui and Meleán for his third feature and expects this film to rouse the same fear of shady food trucks that Jaws did of swimming in the ocean. Ever since Witness Infection first screened at the HA Comedy Arts Festival’20, it has been showing around many different film festivals.
