The Tomorrow War, a sci-fi picture from Paramount and Skydance, will be available on Amazon Prime Video on July 2, and yesterday marked the release of the final trailer for the Chris Pratt-starrer.
Why should you be interested? It is quite arguably the best trailer for the film so far, with hundreds of Xenomorph-like alien beasts unleashed. They flee. They are murderers. They can evenfly?!
It turns out that this film is a lot of fun. Be sure to check out the new trailer! The Tomorrow War was directed by Chris McKay and the script was written by Zach Dean.

The world is astonished when a crew of time travellers from the year 2051 arrives to give an urgent message: Thirty years in the future, mankind is losing a global war against a terrible extraterrestrial species,” according to the film. Soldiers and citizens from the present must be transferred to the future and join the struggle if they are to survive. Dan Forester, a high school teacher and family man, is one of many who has been recruited (Chris Pratt). Determined to preserve the Earth for his young daughter, Dan links up with a brilliant scientist (Yvonne Strahovski) and his estranged father (J.K. Simmons) in a desperate effort to rewrite the fate of the planet.
In addition to Chris Pratt and Yvonne Strahovski, the film also stars Betty Gilpin, Sam Richardson, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Edwin Hodge, Seychelle Gabriel, Alan Trong, Chibuikem Uche, Alexis Louder, and Theo Von.
The movie is set to release on Amazon Prime Video this summer on the 2nd of July. It was originally set for a cinema release however due to the ongoing pandemic; the movie was pulled from a theatre release and has now been acquired by Amazon.
