In a new Japanese film, traditional stereotypes are turned on their heads.In the upcoming Japanese horror film DAIKAIJYU NO ATOSHIMATSU!, a dead kaiju may prove to be deadlier than a live one.

    Kaiju is a Japanese film and television genre that features gigantic monsters. The huge creatures known as kaiju are frequently seen assaulting big towns and fighting the military or other kaiju. The kaiju subgenre of tokusatsu entertainment is a subgenre of tokusatsu entertainment.

    Satoshi Miki wrote and directed Daikaijyu no Atoshimatsu. The film was shot in Japan’s Kanto region and is collaboration between Toei and Shochiku studios. Kaiju films are extremely popular in Japanese entertainment and the most popular one has to be Godzilla. The genre is one that has been prevalent for years so to base a movie after the death of the kaiju the heroes usually spend the whole movie fighting, sure is interesting.
