Shirin, a new mother, is the focus of the film. Shirin, who is new to the job of stepmother, moved into a duplex with her partner Fredrik and his kid Lucas. The new house appears to be the ideal setting for starting a family. Strange things are heard from the opposite, unoccupied side when Fredrik leaves for work. And the biggest question of all is, who is Lucas’s new friend?

Danielsson and his crew were contacted a few years ago by a family who claimed to have witnessed something terrifying and otherworldly in 2014. They claimed that a creature had attempted to kidnap their child. It all began when they moved into a new house. It all came to an end when they decided to leave. The husband initially accused the family’s mother of being responsible for the child’s injuries. However, when the husband began to experience unexplainable incidents, he began to believe that “something” was stalking the family. The family has requested anonymity.

Danielsson had a terrifying encounter of his own not long after. Their neighbours moved out because he lived in a duplex. They heard noises from the now-empty side of the home a few nights later. It sounded like someone was descending the stairwell. This went on for about a week before abruptly ceasing. At around the same hour every night. He never found a reason.

All of this culminated in The Evil Next Door. Make sure to catch the trailer!
